Harvest monitoring allows you to remotely identify the dates of past crop harvesting operations.
To measure a harvested index, we use data from Sentinel-1 radar images and Sentinel-2 optical images, construct time series and calculate the hectarage that has a sharp drop of a combination of various vegetation indices over long periods of time. Based on historical data, we can figure out the harvesting dates for selected fields.
You can download the data for harvesting dates as .xlsx, .csv and .shp files. We’ll prepare and provide you with a technical report as a .pdf or .docx file containing the number of harvested fields, total hectarage, and other quantitative data.
