Em 2022, Maksym Sushchuk co-fundou a PR Army. É uma iniciativa voluntária de especialistas em comunicação da Ucrânia que se concentra em combater a desinformação, defender sanções econômicas e contar as histórias dos afetados pela guerra. Seu papel como Chefe e Co-fundador permite que ele utilize suas habilidades de escrita para chamar a atenção para os custos humanos e sociais da agressão contra a Ucrânia.
