The winner will be randomly selected after the promotion ends. Notification will be sent via email within three days following the close of the campaign. By entering the giveaway, you agree that:

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the EOSDA LandViewer 2025 Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”), organized by EOS Data Analytics, Inc. (“the Company”).

By taking part in this Promotion, users agree to the following:

1. Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid from November 17, 2025 (00:00 EET) until December 1, 2025 (23:59 EET).
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to new users only. A “new user” is defined as a user who does not have an active monthly or yearly subscription at the time of purchase during the Promotion.
3. Monthly Plan Discount: A 20% discount on the monthly Pro plan is available during the Promotion only when the promo code LVBF20 is entered and successfully applied during checkout. The discounted price applies to the first month only. Subsequent monthly renewals of the Pro plan will be charged at $49.99 (standard rate).
4. Yearly Plan Bonus Months: Users who purchase a yearly Pro plan during the Promotion receive 3 additional months of access at no extra cost, for a total of 15 months. These months are added automatically within one week after activation. Users will receive an email notification with the updated subscription end date. The next annual plan will run for the standard 12 months.
5. Giveaway Participation: Users who purchase a monthly Pro plan during the Promotion are automatically entered into a draw for one free annual Pro plan that lasts for 12 months.
6. Winner Announcement and Use Case: By participating in the giveaway, users agree that:
   a) The Company may publicly announce the winner’s name via official communication channels, including social media.
