Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the EOSDA LandViewer 2025 Christmas Promotion (“Promotion”), organized by EOS Data Analytics, Inc. (“the Company”).
By taking part in this Promotion, users agree to the following:
- Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid from December 15, 2025 (00:00 EET) until January 4, 2025 (23:59 EET).
- Eligibility: The Promotion is open to new users only. A “new user” is defined as a user who does not have an active monthly or yearly subscription at the time of purchase during the Promotion.
- Monthly Plan Discount: A 15% discount on the monthly Pro plan is available during the Promotion only when the promo code XMAS15 is entered and successfully applied during checkout. The discounted price applies to the first month only. Subsequent monthly renewals of the Pro plan will be charged at $49.99 (standard rate).
- Yearly Plan Bonus Months: Users who purchase a yearly Pro plan during the Promotion receive 3 additional months of access at no extra cost, for a total of 14 months. These months are added automatically within one week after activation. Users will receive an email notification with the updated subscription end date.
